Panjab Mall is an authorized dealer for all products we sell!
Because we get a lot of our products from oversees, we may not be able to return every item we stock on our website. Please contact us at returns@panjabmall.com for further inquiries.
Terms and Conditions
Address Changes - Double Check Shipping Address - UPS charges $10.00 for all address changes once a package is shipped.
Damaged Merchandise - Notify us about damaged merchandise within 24 hours of receipt (email). Keep all packing. You may be required to contact the shipping/delivery company.
Returns - Most products may be returned within 30 days if they are unused. You are responsible for securely shipping the product in its original packaging in new, resalable condition. We recommend that you insure the product for your protection. A 20% restocking fee will also be assessed if packing peanuts are used.
Multiple Same Item Returns - When ordering more than one of the same product, please use proper diligence in opening product. Open only one of the same product for examination use. A significant restock fee (50%) will be applied to two or more of the same product that is returned opened.
Unauthorized Returns - A 20% restocking fee is assessed.
Refunds - on approved products in new and good condition. Refunds are issued for the purchase price less actual shipping costs to the customer.
Refunds/credits are issued within 21 days of product receipt by Panjab Mall. Please be aware that once we process your credit, your credit card company/bank may take up to 15 business days to release the funds back into your account.
Return Authorization- To obtain authorization for returns: Email returns@panjabmall.com. Please have your Customer ID and Order Number ready. Returns must be shipped back within seven business days after confirmed email authorization.
Undeliverable Pakages Due to Customer Error - Customer will be credited minus all shipping costs.
Cancelation after an order has shipped. Customer will receive refund less the actual shipping charges incurred by Panjab Mall. Refunds will be issued after the item has been returned to the originating warehouse.
